VS codeのインストールと機能拡張「Python」のインストール
初めに以下のURLからVScodeをダウンロードしインストールを実施します。
https://code.visualstudio.com/
VS codeを起動出来たら、拡張機能「Python」をインストールしていきます。この拡張機能はVS codeでPythonを扱う際にDebug機能やコードナビゲーションなど便利な機能を提供してくれるもので必須なものです。以下の画像のように①機能拡張ボタンを押下、②テキストボックスに「python」と入力、③表示された拡張機能「Python」を選択して、[インストール]を押下します。
必要に応じて、VS codeを日本語表示させたい場合、同様の手順でテキストボックスに「Japanese Language Pack」と入力し、表示されたExtensionから「Japanese Language Pack for Visual Studio Code」を選択後インストールを実施します。インストール後VS codeを再起動するとメニュー項目などが日本語表示されるようになります。
