【Python】title・・・タイトルを取得する

「title」はウインドウ(ブラウザ)のページタイトルを取得します。

ページタイトルは先頭と末尾の空白文字を取り除いた形で取得します。また、ページタイトルがない場合はエラーになりませんが何も取得しません。
